My law practice specializes in all types of police disability matters, including Workers' Compensation cases (hearings, trial and appeals), Section 207-c General Municipal Law disputes (hearings, federal court injunctions, federal trial and appeals), and New York police disability retirements (applications, client guidance through the process and hearings, if necessary).  I also bring or defend cases on behalf of law enforcement officers whose federal civil rights have been violated or who are accused of civil rights violations.  I have successfully handled hundreds of cases in all of these categories for police officers and sworn members of federal law enforcement agencies. Initial evaluation of, or consultation in, any type of case is free of charge for members of the Rockland County Patrolmen's Benevolent Association.  I will come to your home or workplace whenever necessary.
